the Costa Rica Surf Institute believe it can be a great tool for improving your surfing and your fitness level.
CRSI offers Yoga lessons every weekday with our experienced instructors. Classes help students get additional flexibility,
core strength and balance to improve their surfing. It also loosens shoulders, arms and backs- a great
relief after paddling all day!
Whether you are experienced in Yoga, or you want to try it for the first time, you will be challenged with a combination
of power, flexibility and breathing exercises. Our prices are cheaper than any studio you will find and our great
teachers and location make for the most rewarding yoga experience possible.
