The practice became a favorite of surfers during the past few decades and we at the Costa Rica Surf Institute believe it can be a great tool for improving your surfing and overall wellness. That is why we include yoga for FREE with all surf camps.
Free Yoga for Surfers!
CRSI offers free weekly Yoga sessions with experienced instructors to our surfing students. Classes help students get additional flexibility, core strength and balance to improve their surfing. It also loosens shoulders, arms and backs, a great relief after paddling all day!
Whether you are experienced in Yoga, or you want to try it for the first time, you will be challenged with a combination of power, flexibility and breathing exercises. Our great location and teachers make for an exceptional experience, whether you are new to yoga, or a long time practitioner.
